The Royal Regiment of Scotland (RRS) is the senior regiment of the Scottish infantry within the British Army. It was formed in 2006 through the amalgamation of several historic Scottish regiments, including the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, the Black Watch, the Highlanders, and others.
