We want you to be delighted with your Country Direct purchase and so we aim to make our returns process as simple as possible for you. We are happy for you to return your item, within 28 days or receiving your order, as long as you meet the checklist of requirements below.
Please note: All items ordered from the Country Direct website must be returned directly to Country Direct using the methods below. You cannot return your order to any of our stockists.


Returns Checklist

I can confirm that: 
  • The item(s) I would like to return are not bespoke (personalised)*
  • The item(s) are in perfect condition, exactly as received, unused and unwashed. (for faulty items, see further down)
  • The item(s) still have their original packaging.
  • I am making the return within 28 days of receiving my item(s).
  • I have filled in my return form (in your parcel).
  • I have the original outer packaging, or suitable alternative outer packaging to protect my item(s) with for the return. 


* We cannot accept returns on bespoke items. If you are unsure about whether your item is a stock item or a Bespoke item, please see the individual product information page.

Please therefore ensure that you are completely happy with any bespoke items before you place the order and pay.

Arrange your own

Arrange your own return using your preferred method, such as via your local post office.

Ensure you obtain proof of postage.

Note: For very small items this may be more cost effective.

What Happens Next

Once your order arrives back with us, all items will be inspected on return and you will be notified that we have received your parcel. 

If you have requested an exchange then we will process this and dispatch within 3-5 working days.

If you have requested a refund, we endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. 

Please note that failure to meet any of the checklist points above may cause your return to be rejected. If this is the case we will contact you.
