Please therefore ensure that you are completely happy with any bespoke items before you place the order and pay.
Returns Methods
If your return meets all of the above checklist points, then we are happy to accept your return, please now choose a return method that suits you best:

Arrange your own return using your preferred method, such as via your local post office. Ensure you obtain proof of postage. Note: For very small items this may be more cost effective. |

What Happens Next
Once your order arrives back with us, all items will be inspected on return and you will be notified that we have received your parcel.
If you have requested an exchange then we will process this and dispatch within 3-5 working days.
If you have requested a refund, we endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method.
Please note that failure to meet any of the checklist points above may cause your return to be rejected. If this is the case we will contact you.
