Europe & Rest of World

Delivering To Your Address

Please supply a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the courier calls, they will leave a card. You can collect your goods from your local branch or arrange a redelivery.

For UK orders we use DPD Local. Tracking details will be sent to your email and mobile if a number is supplied on the order.

Customs & Duties

For delivery to Europe we us a DPD (Delivery Duty Paid) Courier Service.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Customised Products

Custom and personalised products are individually made to order, so please allow approximately 7 - 14 days for delivery. This will depend on where the order is being sent, please see the relevant territory above for details.  We do our best to get every order out to our customers as quickly as possible. If you have a specific date it is needed for, please speak to the Racesafe Team and we will try and accommodate you where possible.

Returns

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Country Direct purchase and so we aim to make our returns process as simple as possible for you. We are happy for you to return your item, within 28 days or receiving your order, as long as you meet the checklist of requirements found on our returns page.
 
Please note: All items ordered from the Country Direct website must be returned directly to Country Direct using the methods below. You cannot return your order to any of our stockists.

Refunds

Please note that for any returns or exchanges the original tags and swing tickets must be attached to the product, be unworn/unused, and in the same condition for us to be able to process any refunds or exchanges. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. Further time may be required dependant on your bank or payment methods process time.

Returning Customised Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised items.

Please note that once a personalised item has been made and supplied to you as a custom made item, you do not have the right to return it if it is unsuitable. You do not have the right to return your item if you have provided the incorrect details.

Please be sure of suitability before purchasing. To cancel your personalised order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return Postage Costs

If you return something due to incorrect size or unsuitability, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund the postage costs. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Payments & Security

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We also accept American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. 

How Is The Checkout Secure?

You can shop in complete confidence knowing that our website uses the secure Shopify checkout. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. It has the highest standards in the world on payment processing.

Pampeano products are made in the La Pampa region of Argentina by local artisans in the traditional way, using local textiles.

Can I Design A Custom Belt That You Produce?

Yes, you can! The minimum order quantity for custom belts is 20. Please get in touch with us to discuss your designs, and we will provide you with a CAD mock-up of the design and quotation before placing your order.

Whip FAQs

What Are The British Showjumping Whip Rules?

Taken from the 2020 British Showjumping Rules:

1. The maximum length of the “Whip” is 70cm and must be no less than 45cm.

2. There must be no “binding” within 17 centimetres of the end of the “Pad”.

3. The minimum diameter for a “Shaft” is 1 centimetre and the “Shaft” should run through the entirety of the whip.

4. The overall weight of the “Whip” must not exceed 160 grams and the weight should be evenly distributed throughout the full length of the “Whip”.

5. The “Contact area”, is considered to be 2/5’s (two fifths) of the overall length of the “Whip” and must be covered with a “Pad”.

6. The “Pad” must be smooth, with no protrusion or raised surface, and be made of shock absorbing material throughout its circumference such that it gives a compression factor of at least 6mm. There is to be no wording, advertising or personalisation of any kind on the “Pad

In normal competitions, one whip is permitted (unless dispensation has been given) and may be of any length. At most Championships, whips are not permitted but check the Members' Handbook for the full rule." - British Dressage 2023 Handbook.
